Bootcamp

Information

It's more fun in a group. So come on down to Just Coaching and get in on the action. Our group sessions are fun, hard work and rewarding. Meet new friends, have a laugh, and enjoy the sunrise, all whilst getting fit.

We encourage you to come as often as you can as exercising. In the morning will kick-start your day and make you feel energized and revived before getting ready for work. Sessions run for 60 mins on Monday - Friday 6am until 7am (Thursdays are 30 mins, half-hour of power).

This membership can also be frozen if you go on holiday. There is absolutely no joining or cancellation fee but please allow 3 days for actioning any requests such as cancelling or freezing your account.
