During your first meeting with your coach, it will return to your sports past, your eating habits, your lifestyle, your medical history, so much information that can help develop a program suited to your profile. It will follow you at several meetings during the week, and give you instructions to put into practice every day at home. As you progress step by step, to acquire new eating and physical activity habits that will help you to maintain a healthy weight over the long term.
